I had a fantastic experience exploring Washington Park and Castle Craig, which were both close enough to enjoy a relaxing stroll, allowing me to soak in the scenic views while wandering around the area. the hotel felt modern and had lovely amenities perfect for a single traveler like myself, making it a top choice for anyone looking to get the most out of their city walks.

A family-friendly breakfast delight

The breakfast spread was a hit with my kids! The cheerful staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the pool area was closed for repairs, which we were really looking forward to enjoying as a family during our stay.

I had a relaxing night in a comfy king room, where the front desk even hooked me up with extra coffee pods, and I enjoyed a tasty, convenient breakfast. I loved the indoor pool and sun loungers for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the pancake machine was out of order, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We explored nearby parks and hit up a local arcade. The rooms were clean, and we loved the comfy beds. Breakfast was a win, especially the Cinnabons! The staff was friendly, making our stay pleasant. Perfect for a family trip or a few nights for work, with loads of fun activities nearby.

However, our room wasn't serviced one day, and we had to ask for fresh towels. That was a bit disappointing and something to consider for future guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly due to the friendly and accommodating staff. The cleanliness of the common areas was impressive, and the breakfast options provided a great start to my day. However, the pool area could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Family with children should give it a try

The stay was comfortable but not perfect. The most nice part of the stay were THE “R” SISTERS! Lord knows they ARE THE MOST HELPFUL AND COMPASSIONATE HUMANS I’ve ever met! 5 Stars for both of them!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

I loved my stay! The King Room had a fridge that was super handy, and the curtains made it so quiet for sleeping in-that's my kind of luxury! Plus, the breakfast variety was fantastic, especially the pancake machine (even if it was under repair, the staff were so on top of it) and the hustle of the kitchen team made mornings bright!

However, the bed was comfortable, and the employees were genuinely friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated how one staff member handled a busy check-in process with professionalism. It was a short stay for a business trip, and while I didn't get to experience the breakfast, the amenities seemed satisfactory.
